Thanks to Tom Tinker for the SSC link and to Inky for the link to his Rescue Kit (which I haven't downloaded, YET, as I'm not sure it addresses the error which is displaying on my CX3200 namely "Printer Error.See your documentation and call service if necessary". On the Resetter tab whatever I try I either get "Priviledged Instruction" or a continuous "Please Wait" screen, which it's not possible to cancel. On Configuration with Installed Printer as CX3200 and Printer Model as CX3100/3200 The box for disabling Epson Status Agent (which I read should be disabled before running SSC) is greyed-out. On Ink Monitor/Printer Report/Refresh I get Error "This function isn't supported in current printer state". Have tried using SSC Service Utility to try solving this but although the utility downloads OK I can?t get it to work. This is a re-post of a continuing problem, sorry to "go on"! I'm using Vista on one computer and Ubuntu/Linux with Wine on another.
